Default rear tourer springs

Hi,
I have a 2002 R75 tourer with a broken string. I know they are fairly easy to change However I'm looking at the spring there is no obvious colour code on them. So I went to look under the rear seat base and no sticker either!. So any idea what spring should I order. Can you tell from the VIN or Licence plate?

Hi,

Make sure to check if your car has the rear shock absorbers with the self levelling feature or not. The type of springs used depends on this.

Its not easy to identify this or not, but the ones with self levelling feature has shock absorbers with greater diameter. Do a search on this forum, and the answer will pop up somewhere.

Had my experience on this here: https://the75andztclub.co.uk/forum/s...d.php?t=137118

Hi, yes after a bit of research the Orange spring rates appear to be the one fitted to the tourers for that year. How much do you want for them and are thay shippable down to the wilds of Cornwall.
