i don't know if it's worth it. probably not. But i have the parts now, and I was hoping to use them, as I suspect they will be of more use in the car than off it

I just hoped maybe someone could enlighten me as to how it fits together , if indeed it does.

Mostly I think I don't like a mystery.

Hi Tony.
It hooks up on the bracket inside and under the wing sometimes it can be hard to get it to attach as the rubber grommet is tight, remove this and add it first to the bracket then the funnel after smear of grease will help, few pics below for you.

Most with the original Shannon tube will be found like this a birds nest.
1

Fit the new tube to the air duct and to the funnel.
2

This then fits up under the front passenger wing
3

Hook the funnel onto the bracket provided
4

Here you see it in situ

Good luck Arctic.

thanks for this, but I tried this last week, and it wouldn't fit in there? Does that pic come from a ZT or a Rover 75 as I'm wondering if there's a difference?

Or does the whole slam panel need to come off to put this in place first - with it there seems no way to fit the trumpet's hook up and over the bracket on the car?
