Earlier I mentioned hearing thunder, on the Scottish news Penicuik to the south of Edinburgh was flooded and a house near Dalkeith was hit by lightning!

The rain has just arrived here.......half an hour after I'd watered everything
It's been a horrible muggy sticky day here but there's a real nice cool breeze with this rain.
