door loom

I am trying to swap my door loom over as the one I bought has no plug, I am stuck on the very last hurdle trying to unpug the loom that connects to what I think is the window motor, but I can't get it off and hace a limited view? Any ideas?

Push down on the small metal clip when pulling on the plug

Thank you I have done it now just putting the good one into the good door aha lots of fiddlies! And pleasant language almost there now though
