Ignore the 1520 code, all the mems ecu's have it so nothing to worry about, even the T4 says its "undocumented".

Turns over but won't fire, will check for fuel at the rail and spark in the morning, got a feeling it's going to be fuel pump or the famous fuel filter situation, it's identical to a previous thread on here...........

It's very unlikely to be a pump issue. It's very likely to be FFS. So, get a FOC before you start or you'll only be doing it all again in due course.

The clip will eliminate 99% of non starting issues with petrol engined variants.

I don't follow you. Have you fitted a FOC to an earlier non-FOC housing?
