Not sure if a bolt extractor would work such as an Irwin bolt extractor.

Put a couple of studs in loose, drive back and forward a few times. See if that moves it

Mark the bolt head with tippex, then refit two other wheel bolts forming a rough triangle, but leave them slack, then take the car for a spin around the block.

On your return refit all of the bolts, and tighten them as much as you can, then attempt to undo the stubborn bolt.

If the bolt is starting to round, belt a cheap 6 point 16mm socket onto the bolt with a mash hammer, and use a breaker bar without an extension and it will undo.

You will never manage to drill the head off the bolt successfully I suspect

P.S. have got all of the other studs out and cleaned them and copper slipped. Not going to let this one little bolt beat me.
Try these below they will be useful in the future also, for any rounded bolt.

I had wheel bolt that wasn’t shifting, even with 240v impact gun
Came undone with trusty Halfords socket set and three foot piece of tubing (what I used to use for Maestro driveshaft nuts)

Thanks for all your advice.
Can't take the car for a spin because it has no MOT and the front spring is broken and resting on the tyre

I have a set of these coming soon.

RUSTED NUTS

Have not the opportunity of using mine for ages. I'm afraid to look to see if they are rusty, must ask the wife!

Have finally got my Rusted nuts off, with the help of a set of these.
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/5pc-Twist...f5ca%7Ciid%3A1

Used plenty of heat and some of this stuff
https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1x-F%C3%B...53.m2749.l2649

A quick wizz with the impact gun and the socket bit into the rounded wheel nut and released it off.Happy Now.

You can tell simply by looking at the top of your shoes.---

As for a seized in bolt there are drills that will quite happily drill the head off the high tensile bolt.

I know they work as I tried drilling a steel file. Very hard.--It drilled a hole straight through it. Most impressive.
