Default knobs of my hiline

Since last week I can't use my satnav.
Before that I had to push very hard to get something selected an turn the power on, but it worked.

I hope the knobs can be replaced with new ones because the system works fine.

Are they available somewhere ? and how can I remove the knobs from the system

Thanks

There is a thread on this subject, it's about the menu knob but perhaps it points you in the right direction:

On mine when I first had it to operate anything on the unit it needed a really hard push and upon investigation found that the nuts holding the switches to the casing had become loose, tightened them up and all ok.

The knobs can be purchased form any BMW dealer at a reasonable price if you are having problems finding them.

Kearton

Thanks Kearton, didn't think of that.
I've tried Les, but if not I will try a BMW dealer
