R75 - ZT difference
I have the chance to take my CDTi tourer out for a good cross country run today - what a pleasure after Jeep Grand Cherokee; it didn't have to be hauled around corners! Ride was great - easy and comfortable. Nice to be in a car again!
Am I right thinking that the ZT-T would have a 'stiffer' suspension set up so it could be 'chucked about' even better?

The ZT /ZT-T also has quicker (higher-geared) steering which also helps.
Regarding suspension stiffness, the early ones had a much stiffer ride than later ones. After negative feedback MG softened the standard suspension (still stiffer than the 75) and offered the original type as the "MG Sports suspension". It is ~7mm lower than the Rover. Regards, Kearton |

Is the stiffer suspension only related to other springs or dampers and maybe bushes as well?
