Default Roverron Helper spring

As the Zt is approaching its regular 7.5k oil/filter change, I get this done locally, by a garageman & friend costing £25 all inc

So not worth doing it myself, plus it gets it up on lift for a peer around underneath .

Was going to try and fit the Roverron spring which I've had for over 18 months.
But as its very awkward to get access I was wondering if anyone else had fitted theirs and before I get stuck in can say where the loose spring
end actaully hooks on to ?. the photcopy instructions are quite dark and no rather tatty

It is a shame that the chap who did Raislins' did not have a finger cam, I do not know where I have put my spring.

 I can reveal that I have indeed just recently been admitted for the operation to have apposing thumbs on my left hand in order to fit the helper spring.

I could not afford a Harley Street surgeon and instead saved a wad of notes by opting for a back street one, though the surgeon didn't speak a whole lot of English. Not sure the operation was a complete success.......

Might need a little corrective work, methinks

I never got one of these helper springs when I got my synergy and PB maf. I did contact Roveron about getting one but got no reply.

Do they make a big difference?

Not when they sit on the shelf like mine !!

AFAIK .. they bump up the turbo boost pressure by a few PSI..

Nothing terribly advanced just a spring after all nothing you can't make up yourself, once you know the spring rate !!
