As not the OP's car, the thread has been moved to the appropriate forum. Re-direct left in old.

Up for sale . . . . . again? Doesn't appear to have done m(any) miles since last time. A real shame, as while it's running, I'm sure it'll be a very nice car.

To advertise this one-off as a 'standard' model is outrageous IMO. If the slightest issue occurs with this engine nobody but nobody in the commercial sector will be able to fix it. Originally sold as a 'prototype', there would be some justification, but this latest advert IMO is misleading. I suspect whoever buys this will have a relatively short honeymoon.

I've seen it at Hopton Garage, and I think they are very nearly catching a cold with it . They paid around £6-6.5K for it from the guy who bought it originally from one of the car supermarkets thinking it was a standard car. That sale was the subject of legal action. It went on sale originally at £7995, and slowly reduced when it didn't sell each time. Now it's on at £6K. It's a museum piece really - should be at Gaydon.
