Default Fuses ?

Can anyone tell me if I should I have fuses in these glove box fuse locations please ?
fuse 24 engine cooling (turbo)
fuse 38 engine cooling (turbo)
fuse 47 traction control
2005 contemporary CDTI

Not unless you have traction control.
The 'turbo' refers to the 1.8T not the diesel.

If I put a fuse in would I then know if I have traction control?
Forgot to say it is an SE if that makes any difference

If your 75 has traction control it would have a switch for it on the panel below the climate control.

Don't have the switch so don't need a fuse . Thanks for the help.
