Tourer rear quarter light removal
As post heading can anyone shed any light on how to remove the rear tourer quarter lights and trim grovey is in for lacquer peel on roof etc to bring her back to her former glory thanks in advance

I have tried once and I don't think you can without breaking them but I will monitor this thread in case some explains how it is done

I have seen a windscreen guy remove one once, similar process to cutting a screen out.

Its more so the trim not the glass so he can get behind the window rubber

cable tie, if you manage to get them out please let me know.
perhaps my mistake when I tried to get one out was to use the same method as a rear screen, trying to thread a cutting wire from inside the car to the outside. May be the window is only stuck in via the face that points to the inside of the car and not on the sides that point up, down, forwards and backwards. Now to find another tourer at the scrap yard and try again macafee2 |
