On a plus note the old thing passed it's MOT today (Thanks in no small part to the fettling skills of Trikey )

On the negative side some thieving B******s stole a set of Comets with winter tyres this morning at some point. Good job i didn't catch em at it!

Congratulations on the pass. As for the theft, that’s not nice.

Congratulations on the pass. I can't see the wheels and tyres being sold on together. Notify local scrap merchants to keep an eye open for the wheels. The tyres may end up on a private hire car.

Bizarrely they left a set of bare contour rims which would have been far less hassle to weigh in

Congrats on the pass. Commiserations on the loss of your wheels, scumbags.

I had toyed with the idea of eletrifying the remaining spares just in case they came back and wait for the yelps but i'd probably sort out half the local cat population too.

My old Alsatian was good at that! 17 stitches was the last count! Luckily, it was a dog handler that came to "investigate" what happened and sympathised with the dog and not the "yoof"!
