Tonight at 8pm my Mighty Canaries are hosting AFC Bournemouth at Carrow Road,we need a a win to return to the Premier League.

So its,"Come on yew yellows,lets be avin those Dorset Cherries and send them back to the south coast,knowing they have just played the champions"

Certainly did. Most of the views were over Plymouth Sound. I could even see Saltash and the Tamar bridge. I’ll get some photos posted up on here, there are a few over on Facebook.

Morning all, morning Bob. You did well in walking 4 miles and seeing the sights. I look forward to seeing the photos of life in the English countryside and coastal views. The surgeon has told me I have to keep active as exercise is the only way to stop the aneurysms from growing any larger. So every day I walk in the forest and down to the bottom of a steep and long hill. We have to do what we can don't we, keep it up and keep active

Thank you very much Ian, the monkey is here again this morning rattling the fruit trees and monkeying around. One of the farm workers was cutting some grass in the meadow and threw a rock at the it, with the monkey throwing the rock back, impressive. Some people think we are descended from the apes, I wonder if thats true. They are fascinating to watch but I never forget they are wild and unpredictable.

Been sunny for a while so stepped out the door to see what its like for painting . . . . hellfire its still cold! Get the shopping out of the way first and think about painting this afternoon.
