They do indeed, and this was also a dealer-supplied upgrade for most 'upper class' models of BMW (5 and 7 Series from memory).

A nice touch, but I can't say I'd spend the £70 for the upgrade kit myself!

The centres simply clip into the wheel, all the "magic" happens within the centre itself.
