How can this be? another serious fraud on Wall St., when/where is it going to end?..it seems the States have very poor if any regulators and surelly proffesional investors should know better.The old adage "If it sounds too good to be true......." rings again.P.

yes, but the reason this one really worked was that the rates offered weren't too good to be true - only 10%.
