if you use it frequently I understand battery but if used infrequently I would edge on the side of caution and go mains powered.

The one thing I need right now is a decent impact gun other was beeped after trying too undo Christine's drive shaft nut.

I was thinking about buying a battery rattle gun as I use the Ryobi 18v tool system at work so have loads of batteries and chargers already.
Anyone used a battery gun, any good???
