errrm... It's not neccessarily the 'chest' thats the 'relevent' bit LOL

However I've just tried a hawkshead jumper thats XXL and 50"
and an M&S Shirt thats XXL and 52"

personally I would say I need 52" as a minimum,

therefore XXXL would probably be ok depending on the actual sizing ...
