Genuine roof box
Do genuine rover roof boxes exist? I have a saloon and I'd like the roof box for it if one exists?

No. They did for the 45 but not the 75.
There was however a rear luggage rack for the boot complete with luggage case. |

Yes, there was a full sized one and a half width one for Mk1 cars and for facelift there was a different one available, maybe more than one type, not sure offhand.

I couldn't find a roof box anywhere in the accessory book. Thanks for correcting me.

I've got a genuine Rover 75 roof box.......never used it......I was offered it for a good price when I picked up some roofbars......I've been hanging on to it in case I need extra capacity when my daughters go to uni......

I was offered one in Wedgwood Blue, a few months ago, but I didn't have the need for it. They have wee Rover badges on the sides.

Would you consider doing two trips when helping your daughters off to uni? Or possibly encourage your daughters to go to the local uni? That way I can buy it from you! Lol |
