Very nice! I have to say, those doors make a lovely thud when closed.

It is comforting Cliff. And when you put your foot hard down the acceleration is massive at 275bhp and 500Nm torque that has the back wheels spinning unless you activate stability control Like to get the back out now and again

Hi Bob. New years wishes to you
I didn't realise it could do that. I spent many attempts to do it with the stop watch with my brand new P20 mobile which resulted in it flying of the door switches ledge and into the rear foot well striking the metal seat slides and chipping the glass on my mobile

If you could PM me on how to do it I can give you a figure having the remap

Hi Jay,

I need to sort my PMs out, as they are full atm, but it is beer o’clock.
Anyway, there is a “Easter egg” menu that can be selected by pressing and holding the two inner bottom buttons on the steering wheel.
These are marked by the compass on the right, and the music button, marked with the note on the left.

If you press and hold these for a about 5 seconds, or so, this will bring up the secret menu which includes:

Charging Voltage
Digital Speed readout (doesn’t work on mine )
0-60 speed achieved in seconds
Software information
Engine – Speed in rpm, temp etc
Outside indicated temp etc
Compass calibration details
Fuel tank sensor info
Other Stuff
Maintenance info
Fuel Miser info (again doesn’t work on mine as is only applicable to the V8 engine when running on 4 cylinders).

The above can be scrolled by using the scroll buttons, as per any other menu selection.

Just select the 0-60 one will flash “Ready” when at a standstill, like a red rag to a bull.

Many thanks for the offer of the remap information.
I am going to leave mine as it is as it was upgraded when new with the Chrysler Brabus Startech tune done at the supplying dealer. It was a very expensive option when new at £1469.93.
It takes it from 218 to 262 hp and 510 to 580nm torque, which I am happy with.

I hope the info. helps and is of use.
All the best with your new motor and all the best for the New Year.

That's handy if you stop beside a puddle in the dark.

Also a quick reminder of the car you're driving if your short term memory is shot to pieces.---
