Default I've heard it said....

That disconnecting/reconnecting the battery doesn't fix/do anything. In this case it did. Bulb out icon showing, bulbs fine, connections cleaned and fine but still the bulb out light.
Battery earth removed for less than 5 minutes, reconnected and all is well. Felt it worth sharing.
As an aside, the heater switches return to default and will beep when pushed. Hold the Auto and Off down together until you hear a beep, you now have silent switches.

Often with bulb out warnings, you need to activate the light circuit concerned after you’ve changed the bulb, in order to clear down the warning lamp. A battery off reset will do the same thing however as was the case for you.
