Default It's not just MGRover.....

.....that have stupid designs.

The rear washer on my daughter's Fiat 500l stopped working. When she used the washer a suspicious puddle formed under the passenger side wheel.

So after some investigation I found the culprit. The rear wash hose has a join in the pipe, at an angle, just before it enters the bulkhead. Why oh why put a connector where the pipe is under pressure from a bend

Sorted now but like I say, not just our cars lol

I though changing a headlight bulb on a 75/zt was ridiculous until i had to change a tail light bulb on my fiance's mk7 fiesta. Have to take the tail light out. Same again now on her current kuga, sidelight has blown so thought it would take 10 seconds to change... nope have to take the headlight out to change the sidelight bulb!

Is it a Renault that requires front bumper removal for a headlight bulb change?

How bad is it to change a headlamp bulb?
I plan to buy some Osram Nightbreakers or something to fit.
Is it put a tenner in the swear jar sort of job??

on the earlier cars with halogen reflector headlights they are a pig to try and do blindly through the wheel arch with the earlier style pin bulb holder, the later halogen projector headlights with the twist and lock bulb holders are easier. It's doable through the wheel arch access panel without removing the wheel, but as said above, removing the wheel gives much better access.

I discovered the other day that you have to remove the headlamp on my wife’s Beetle to change the bulb on that
