Cool

A few whizz bangs here, but not much to get over excited about. Clear night though, might even be a frost in the morning.

It's time to make another batch of soup, you cant beat homemade soup on cold Autumn days.
Lentils & pearl barley have been soaking overnight & there are two small ham shanks to go in the soup with dumplings of course.

They keep coming out with new & improved DMU's ! Armstrong powerhouse have just released their BR Class 50 for Train Sim and it looks & sounds perfick. I'm going to be skint again

Hi Andy, we have the next 4 days of heavy rains with high temperatures forecasted. I think I would prefer your weather

Hello Ian, I hope everything goes off okay at the pacemaker clinic and the appointment is not too tiring.

Thanks Phil,
What a performance at Bolton hospital with mam! The place was gridlocked with not a parking space anywhere, I dropped her off at the door and said I'll go & park & come back, I ended up the other side of the hospital in a staff car park, When I got back she'd been see to(everything OK next appointment in six months) & was waiting at the door.

I said it's too far for you to walk there so I said stay here in this bus stop opposite the main doors out of the rain plus there was a bench there to sit on. When i get back to the bus stop with the car there's no sign of her!!!

I was driving round for ten minutes trying to find her, I went back to the heart ward, not there! I was worried sick, I went around both car parks & just spied her blue hood on her jacket halfway up the road we came in She was absolutely tired out & could hardly move. I don't know why the heck she started walking all the way up there when I said stay here She's getting very forgetful.
