Default Spec?

Heya. Am trying to work out what `spec` my own car is, and what sort of upgrades I can do?

Reg is GN55ECX , it seems to be a classic, however it has 4 electric windows and a dark blue leather interior? Any thoughts, and what can I upgrade?

Check the plate at the base of the n/side door pillar, should tell you the spec. You can upgrade anything you fancy

not knowing what you have here are some possibilities:-
remap to 160 bhp
fuel burning heater
front fog lights
rear parking sensors
rear electric blind
self dimming centre mirror
cruise control
electric memory seats
additional aux socket
torch
full size spare wheel
fit an undertray to engine bay
rain sensing wipers
electric folding mirrors
plenum spy hole mod
modified handbrake compensator or a mini compensator, not sue what model mini
illuminated kick plates
indicator repeaters behind mirror glass
if you don't like the colour of the das, change it
if you have low line instruments, fit high link and replace indicator stalk with one that has the button on the end to access digital display

cruise control, remap and instruments will need one of the T4 gurus.

have fun

Thank you all! I shall start looking around then for parts! Remap is definitely on the to do list, likely front fogs as i like them (along with stalk i assume? do they need to be switched on in the ecu?)

Rear blind .... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c8KhGHowf70
A fuel burning heater is basicly an auxiliary heater that preheats the coolant so you have heaters straight away on a cold morning

Need to replace the box with the headlight switch etc (called the LSM) for one with a button for the front fog lights. Its not a straightforward swap as the LSM contains info about the car, including mileage, so a T4 has to get involved.

Thank you again! I might leave it as it is - that heater sounds useful but expensive

Even if yours doesn't have one fitted you will have all the needed pipework in place. Probably more of a challenge to get all the kit required in good working order then fitting it.
