Hard Gears
I recently ‘de-SORN’d one of my Saloon Diesel 75’s , now passed MOT and in daily use but I have noticed an increasing difficulty in changing gear - very 'notchy'. Current mileage is 81K and I had a complete new Clutch , Dual mass flywheel fitted in December 2015 at around 60K - so not long ago in mileage terms.
Any observations welcome. |

Have you ever changed the gear box oil ??
Does the clutch pedal action feel normal ?? At what point does the clutch appear to engage as you raise the pedal ?? Any trace of oil/clutch fluid under the car ? |

If so then likely it is a clutch related fault. |
