See its very variable. My experience with BT was appaling. Slow, unreliable, expensive, limited, throttled and customer service was a joke.

Ive been with Sky for 3 years now and had no trouble. Its cheap, unthrottled and unmetered. Of course the fact that i can sometimes clear over 500GB of downloads in a month helps. With BT thats just impossible for me. Not bad for less than £20 a month all in for line rental and broadband and free UK and international calls.
