Update I've got a new stainless steel coolant rail pipe and a new oil cooler one of the 10mm bolts that mount the cooler has rounded off I've tried knocking a smaller socket on and a hammer and chisel to break the head to no success. Im going to change the pipe and oil cooler at same time so i dont have to drain the cooling system again.
