Today, 101 years ago, ANZAC forces landed on the Gallipoli Peninsula and thus joined the Great War.
On this day, we remember all Australian and New Zealand soldiers who served and died in the First World War.
Lest we forget!

Bob, as well as ANZAC day, I know it as Gallipoli Day, as we used to celebrate it every year in my younger days
