Default Anyone know how do I remove this side lamp bulb?

Googled but somone said it was behind inspection cover but it aint

I can see it from under the bonnet - its got red/black wires running to it
I can move it but dont want to break it out
Is it push/pull/twist/clip? Anyone

TIA
