Default Locking wheel nut covers?

Just got a 75 but I notice the locking wheel nut covers are missing

What is price and availablity of these?

Also, my old 75 has been scrapped in a collision (hence a new one) - If they still have the car, how easy are they to remove?

I remove them by twisting them off with the wheel wrench. They just pop off.

I think my local BMW dealer put the decimal point in the wrong place then, only charged me 23p each..............
