Something similar happened to a mate when he and his good lady went away to a wedding for the weekend. We were a enjoying a drink beforehand and he explained that he'd forgotten to pack her make up bag, but luckily they found a local builder's merchant that was still open.


Oh the look she gave him.

Tried saying I forgot the credit card this morning, didn't work. My fitbit has recorded 19,785 steps today, my card has been hit for an undisclosed three figure sum. On the goodside she hasn't spoken to me all day, bliss.
