Default Agricultural Confrontation

My daughter had a vehicular collision with a tractor and it's towed equipment last Friday.

She wasn't amused when I suggested they could make a film about it as they already "had the trailer!"

( luckily she wasn't seriously injured)

Glad she's ok.

Was the Farmer upset? ...the film could be called Slow and Furious....

She received great help from various people, along with a tolerant farmer and his worker; then a fire crew attended, though not called, as they were aware of the incident and knew that all ambulance crews were tied up. They made the car safe and asked the relevant health questions.

Some fire crews and I'm thinking Nottinghamshire are resisting or more like refusing to take on the role of the ambulances. As the old fire fighters retire and younger ones come in this may change. Seems some just want to be roughty tuffty fire fighters, strange that these are the same raciest sexiest bullies the service employs and backs up and supports over their victims.

I expect they were okay for any medication, with the tractor being a farm-assist.

I had a head on collision with a tractor and trailer. The tractor driver was driving the wrong way up a one way section at the time. The policeman that attended asked why he was driving up that road and he answered that somebody directed him that way??? Well, we were in Norfolk! Off work for six months after that malarkey! I did actually go into work for several days after the accident until I collapsed in a heap!

Rules of Norfolk.. Tractors have right of way, even when they don't.
