So dull and dreich this afternoon I was struggling to get the Pandesal dough to rise! Ended up getting the oil filled radiator out of the cupboard, putting it on low and sitting the bowl on top of it.

Got the house to myself, Ging is away to the Lakes weighed down with 25 Pandesal rolls

Flicking between the Touring Cars at Oulton Park and British Superbikes at Thruxton. Ian G's nephew (Ryan Vickers) was unlucky, 2nd on the last lap when he clipped a kerb and went down. Next race at Thruxton could be interesting, just started chucking it down there. Suspect the start could be delayed.

Hungarian GP highlights later, good day to be "Home Alone"!
