Had a nice reply from Mats (DMGRS) seems the requirement for TIN is driven by the customs authorities in the country of destination, some require it some don't. Guess you're just lucky.

Nothing wrong happening from Rimmerbros parcels, I deduce that it should be the same for DMGRS, maybe an evidence that France at least doesn't require those details mainly for so small or so cheap a parcel. I'm always optimistic: the worst is never absolutely certain!
