Default Tour rear glass wont open, button opens whole door

Evening,
I have recently got a new tourer and the previous owner said it has some modules changed including the BCU and LCM. I recoded the BCU with Toaf and they now have the same VIN. On all modules. But I have this oddity, I can open the estate door fine with the button but on the glass. The glass button opens the main door. In the diagnostics the glass unlock works fine. Any idea what setting tells the BCU its an estate and has effectively to buttons to open things at the back!

The vehicles ZCS coding holds all the info for the car, sounds like a wiring issue to me, have a look where the loom passes from the tailgate into the main bodyshell, they can break at the entry point and cause lots of different tailgate faults.
