Not at all, just some marketing firm acting on behalf of BT imo Tom.

Despite what I said above, I was having a particularly bad hair day in the office recently, following some almighty row with BT and a similar survey firm rang up, I said yes, I'll GLADLY take your call.

I then spent the next 20mins on the phone answering every single question with a number 1, where 1 is terrible and 10 is great.

The following day I had our BT account manager's manager on the phone asking to arrange a meeting to discuss our "issues". Classic
