Hope I'm not broring people with this subject? Anyroad it would appear I don't have a PRT fitted which amazes me as it's a facelift 04 model. Shows that the upgrade must have been somewhat patchy. I contacted the MG/Rover service centre up the road in Gusieley and they didn't have a clue what I was on a about and had never heard of the PRT Anyway they did offer to look under the bonnet to shed some light so may take them up on the offer.........

It sticks out like a sore thumb from underneath, I would bet a pint of lager, YES a WHOLE pint that it is there.

At last I've found the PRT sitting just above front inside of the spolier - relief all round :lol:

On a different matter and of further relief is that it would appear that an oil and filter change can be done on the 1.8 engine without taking the undertray off. The filter appears to be easily accessable to grip by hand - or for those with more experience have I missed something............!?
