Default More help required No Cd player??

Hi having just returned to the Forum I'm being forced to post a few questions for which I apologise, but with this one, if I cant find an answer my missus will do her nut!!

My "new" buy a 2003 2.0 CDTI tourer,is great in some respects but in other areas, compared to past models I've owned, seems to be lacking.

In this case it appears it doesn't have a CD player!!! It is fitted with Symphony radio, with buttons clearly marked CD/Tape.....the tape player is in position but no CD player,,,,can I fit a glove box cassette version, and if so how do I connect to back of radio...is It a dockyard job? Is there a socket in place to accept a CD input plug on the back of the radio, is the back of the radio readily accessible? Thanks again..
