Contact trader trikey (Andy) on here - he has seen many Rovers.

Our CDT is going to Andy for a clutch fitting later this month. He is not far from Beccles.

I should add that for general maintenance, repairs and MOT, I can recommend the Old Forge Garage on the A140. It is about two miles from the A14/A140 junction up the A140 going towards Norwich. I have been using this garage for over 20 years for all my cars including the Rovers. The current mechanics are just like the ones before - capable, thorough and honest. Their hourly rate is good.

P.S In case I spot it around Ipswich, what colour is your Rover?

That should be easy to spot - I will give you a nod if I ever see you.

I often go into Ipswich in the silver CDT - registration KY05 but will change to one ending in RAT sometime soon.

Think the extra horse power has uncovered a weak clutch.. was ok until I got to a second give way and I released the clutch and it just revving and not moving much.. feels like a weak clutch and smells like burning to the right side of the engine

I'm praying itll get me home

I've been running a 160 for six years without any issues, unfortunate coincidence I'd say

Perhaps I'm too subtle, that was kind of my point. It would seem a change in driving style as appeared or the clutch has just given up.
Remap or not, I'm still slow away
