I've never used U-Pol but, I've heard it's good stuff, good price that, Dave

Always used this myself http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/HAMMERITE-...8AAOSww9VXh7Hu and had good results with it.

Thomas told me about other Mini fanatic someone you may as he goes too Ireland all over the place too Mini meets along with Terry Hulbert.

He uses red oxide and a combo of U-pol and he packed his mini grass for three years when it came back, there was no holes at hole, only one small one and it thickness of my thumb, he stopped using wax oil as he thinks it causes more problems, then its worth that's why I've decided go the red oxide route instead.

That's his baby there, his workshop is only down the road from me and I see him everyday, went too see him this morning about rust protection stuff and too get a look at his project.

Cheers for the link mate again fantastic price.
I'll hold on the buy just soo I can gain more reviews, Tom swears by U-pol

Hi,

I have used u-pol for years and most of the trade do as well so you will not have a problem using it at all.

Tom.

Cheers mate for your input.

It seems too be popular choice for classic motor restoration and rust prevention.

Got everything I needed today.
My mate Thomas did his mini with red oxide and U-pol after it fully dried and there was only one small hole in the sill section and that was it.

So impressed with the stuff I bought it and will be doing my motor as soon as possible and when weather get's tad a bit warmer.

Will let you all know what's it like, this could be better route too go rather then wax oil.

I've used U-Pol for years and rarely have a problem with their stuff.
The only issue I've had is that they keep phasing things out without a replacement!
