Trapped CD Casette

I should have known???
Cassette player in the glove compartment, with no cassette in side, got a spare one to try out, after putting it in realized there was no power to it because the car has a DD fitted, question how to get the cassette out again, is there a way of doing it on the bench.

hi jules if the unit is out of the car try taking the outer case of and you should be able to use the internal mechanism on top of the cartride if you need any help give us a shout.
