All seem legal but are budget.

Come with a set of Caps.

Interested to know condition of these wheels. I'm looking for minimum of one good spare up to possibly a full extra set of Serpents. I have two Rover 75s, one currently on Serpents the other on Meteors. I have a place nr Leicester so not too far away... Gavin 07718 910929
