Alloy KV6 inlet manifold
As some of you perhaps know, I am in contact with a German supplier who could potentially recreate an improved KV6 inlet manifold made of solid alloy and with solid and oilproof vis motors. And without the known lacks and breakdowns of the original plastic version.
In order to estimate an approximate demand I need to know how much you would be willing to pay for such an alloy inlet manifold and who would be interested in ordering an exemplar if available?

If the price was around £300-£500 then I'd be interested anything less then i'll give you the money now haha! espcially since i was looking at using the Freelander inlet when i go turbo over the winter months.
But you'll struggle to find people who will be interested in doing this as its a lot of money to splash out! Count me in but i dont think you'll get many more than two hands worth!

I have a spare nearly New plastic manifold but an alloy one might be considered at the right price but as others have said it sounds costly. Will watch with interest

But i wouldnt really fancy sticking boost into the plastic inlet, was tempted to run the Freelander Alloy inlet.... we'll see. I've got a downpipe and mount for the turbo, just a few other bits to sort and i've got remapping sorted too, need to figure out how to continue to use the LPG system if the turbo route is successful. But i'll make a full post and details as and when it happens!
