Good garages or Rover specialists near Leicester.

Happy new year all .

My Rover 45 has been off road for 16 months due to the MOT expiring and a brake failure leading to fluid loss . It also needs quite a bit of welding and new discs and pads all round due to being stood. Other items needed are CV gaitor and 4 new tyres .She's done 124,000 miles , but it's a lovely example. Washer pump has also failed. It's a 1.8 petrol . Part of me thinks it.might not be a sound idea to plough around £1000 to get it back on the road . Does anyone know any decent garages or specialists in the Leicester area ?
