Cold here as well, supposed to be wet overnight with the wind building again later, 40+ gusts.

Evening all, its nice to be in a warm house with electricity powering things!

A day of lying on the ground outside in the wind and rain servicing a 75, a hot bath was very much needed.

Thankfully Rogue turned up with Costa and sausage rolls wich helped a lot

Morning all, how is everyone?

I exchanged messages with Rod yesterday, he is still in the wars with his health but he is battling on and hasn’t lost his sense of humour.

On my last day of cardiac monitoring for atrial fibrillation, seeing the specialist tomorrow at the hospital, who was talking about putting me under and shocking the heart back into a normal rhythm with a defibrillator, not really looking forward to it but if it works, so much the better. I am not ill as I am still keeping active, up and about, just have a very fast heart rate, so on light duties…….. Positive thoughts ……

Cool

Morning everyone.

It’s a tad breezy this morning.

I’m off to the CMGOC breakfast meet at the Trevaskis farm restaurant this morning. Taking the Bear to give her a decent run. Zed the Ted is coming along as well.

Morning all,

It's grey, windy and drizzling here. Not cold though with the mercury showing 10c.

Got a new RCD outside mains socket to install and a nice roast pork joint to cook for teatime.

Hope all goes well with your results Phil

Edit........Positive news about Rod and thanks for letting us know.

Morning Richard

What you have been through, going through and what your having to face, says your a survivor. It must be frustrating for you having to put up with all of it. You must let your neurosurgeon know what has been happening with you as he will be guided by what you tell him and by what he can see. A friend of mine (not a club member) had a serious RTA which resulted in the side of his skull being crushed. Several months later, a custom made synthetic plate restored his head shape back to normal. He was able to drive and work again a year later, rehab was a long road. The only side effect he suffered from was headaches, but every head injury is different which is why it could help for you to keep the neurosurgeon up to date. He/she is the best person to give you answers and to tell you what to expect.

It’s great to see you posting.

Just been into the greenhouse & thought why is the potting bench wet through!!!! I look up & a pane of glass is missing No broken glass on the floor or any sign of it There was a pile of pigeon feathers under the bird feeders this morning , looks like one of the neighbourhood cats has caught another one.
