Evening Peeps.

Just made some Bacon&Cheese turnovers in the Ninja.

Ready rolled puff pastry quartered, added one slice of smoked back bacon, diced onions, mature cheddar and Red Leicester cheese in each. Folded and sealed with egg wash. Cooked at 180c on bake setting for 15 minutes

Evening all, Not been a bad day at all weather wise.

I took my sister to her physio appointment at Leigh infirmary this afternoon then did her shopping as she cant get about much yet. Re-potted some tomato seedlings as they're romping on under those grow lights & on the heat mats. I've never been this far ahead in the season before, I got my seed potatoes out of the garage & found some frost damage to them over Winter

Some had turned to mush, Still got lots of them though

Pork chop dinner for tea tonight.

Dear me! Those look bootiful Jeff,

I must try these as I've got a block of puff pastry in the freezer.

Whenever I wait outside the hairdresser's for them to open, I always get hungry. It must be the smell of the barber queue!

Off to the boat shortly. My friend Ian from Acle is coming down and we are going to fit the diesel heater exhaust pipe replacement today

Morning all, Overcast skies here & a tad cooler this morning. I'm waiting in on some parcels to be delivered so I've ordered the shopping online for delivery.
Just cooking up all the old veggies left in the fridge to make a batch of vegetable stock for cooking purposes.
