just heard that we have travellers on the move in the area so it is especially important that we shut the gate, i may even lock it when i think everone is there, but if you arrive and it is locked you can still walk through and get me.

All rubbish to be put in the plastic bags i will supply please as i have to take it away with me, last time i put the rubbish in the bin next to the childrens nursery without realising they pay separately for their bins, no real issue just want to get everything spot on so we can keep using the venue

And a final reminder about the catering, i will be taking over my gas BBQ, all supplies have been bought and you will get sausage sandwich for breakfast, burger for lunch, hot drinks, biscuits, so your contribution in the honesty box will be very much appreciated ( suggested amount is £5 )

After the meet i wil post up here what i spent and what i collected, if there is any surplus i wil carry over to the next one

The weather is glorious so heres to a good one !

Cheers

Rob

Well have just attended my first Nano meet and what an excellent event it was. Had the Plenum mod done (thanks Raistlin for the use of the cutter and ‘another’ for the blanking grommet) and helped out a little with one or two other jobs.

Boy was it hot though.

Great event, good food, good company and a good barbie too. Thanks guys for organising it all.

Look forward to the next one.

another superb nano today which finished around five, plenty of jobs done and could have been more but hot sun was really energy sapping which is probably why not many posts on here yet.

Nice to see 2 mods in attendance who had both travelled a fair distance so thanks to John and Mick and a particular thanks to Mick who looked after the BBQ all day.

The water urn bought by David was a master stroke plugged into the genny and drinks whenever people wanted them.

Thanks to David for bringing the T4 and to Duncan for bringing his vast knowledge and to everyone else who attended.

will post up my pics later

No worries Mate, cheers Rob for another great day, cheers Mick for the bbq, shame I couldn't stop longer and help eat a hole in it.
The Mrs had got plans for me but unfortunately Dunelm was not a red herring we did actually go to Dunelm........ cow bag. She did do me a Birthday bbq and a couple of bottles of Old Speckled Hen though so all was not lost.
See you all soon.

Great day! Absolutely shattered now. .

Sun was baking. Thanks to Paul and Rob for organising another successful event, and to Rob for doing the food arrangements. Not forgeting Mick who was litterally cooking while cooking.

Thanks to all for an enjoyable meet.
