Rover 75 Connoisseur SE - FOR SALE
Hi All,
I've just purchased this Rover 75 Connoisseur SE and in need of some help. I bought the car because of the spec and was thinking about breaking it but before I do, I had a look at the service history and something looked strange. The car was registered on 11-06-99, according to the service history on the 21-09-99, only 3 months after it was registered, it had already cover 26,868 miles. A further 3 months later it had covered another 6,000 miles and almost a year later it had only covered 12,000 miles. The first two services were carried out by the Rover Group, transport garage, cowley oxford. The third service at Rover Group, transport dept, west wks garage, longbridge. Could this car have been owned by Rover as a launch car, test car etc? Any help with this is much appreciated as it would be a shame to break a car that was owned by Rover. Hello John
You own a Pre Launch 'MOA' Car. I only know of 4 MOA's including this one. T36 MOA: Was a White Connoisseur T78 MOA: Is my car which is also Atlantic Blue T202 MOA: Your car T277 MOA: Used my John Nettles in Midsummer Murders My was owned by Rover as I believe all the MOA's were. It's first service was carried out by the Vehicle Operations Group Gaydon. I agree it would be a shame to break it as there are so few pre launches around. |

From the pictures it looks too good to break anyway. What's wrong with it?

Graham,
Very rare car when I come round next can I take a look? The guys in the club would like to know what's fitted as this MOA looks like it comes with everything! Ray |
