Too much of a chocolate overdose for me, I can only eat small bits at a time but my other half likes it. Next time I make it I might try a less chocolate heavy recipe.

I used to have regular problems sleeping but not for a while. However, even when I do get a "good" sleep I don't feel any benefit from it, wake up still tired and no energy at all. I'm hoping once I see the hormone specialist later this week will get to the bottom of it.

Morning all,

A long weekend in Belfast proved successful but the wallet took a big hit. £5.25 for a pint of Guinness, is it the going rate? On collecting the new passport it was not quite ready, but was being printed whilst I waited. I was told not to panic, that it would be ready. They knew we had flown in from Bristol to pick it up, big brother or what I don’t know. Nice people and helpful working through the weekend flat out. Then had a letter from the pensions service, my state pension has been authorised. By leaving it a year and not claiming for it, £10.08 a week has been added and they say if you look after the pennies, the pounds take care of themselves.

Thursday, driving to London to meet up with the surgeon to get the results of the scan, hopefully good news.

Still keeping active and it looks as though the weather is warming up.

What is everyone up to?

Morning all, nice and sunny on the South Coast this morning, yes Phil, that price is about right for Guinness in its home. Fingers crossed for your results.

Morning all, Dull as dishwater here. Hope the results are good Phil.

Everything seems at cross purposes with me having to come off my blood thinners for a week prior to the prostate biopsy, The DVT dept says it's too early to come off the apixaban & the urologist said I need to come off them by today & start the heparin injections, They cant get in touch with the DVT doctor to find out the situation I can see the biopsy being cancelled.
