No, that's a stupid action. It might work in countries unlike ours, but here? we'd then have look after the parasite paying him/her Benefits for the rest of their lives. I would prefer that the Community deal with them.

Really sorry to hear, best whishes for the owner. Seems like a well planned action, what a bad people...will have a look at the second hand sites here, Belgium and Germany.

Bring back the stocks.Leave them in them for 48 hours, and relieve them of their (human rights). They don’t stick by their human rights, so why should society if they are scum bags.

There is always the method the Ukrainians use on looters.
Pallet wrap them to a light standard with their trousers around their knees.
A modern version of the stocks.
